When the Projectionist cornered and tried to kill Henry, Bendy attacks him and brutally kills him by strangling and decapitating him before taking his body away.

After being summoned by Sammy Lawrence, he attacks him and tries to kill him before trying to kill Henry as well.

He rips off an arm of a dead man called Dave at a certain point.After chasing Daniel and Dot, he squeezes the latter by hugging her, not enough to kill her but enough to hurt her.It is likely that he let Henry go the first time just to taunt him and probably because he couldn't get him at the time and the second time was probably because he didn't seem to see him in the Little Miracle Station. It is unknown why he ends up sparing Henry twice in chapter 4, once when Henry is climbing through the vents and when he was in the Little Miracle Station while hiding from the Projectionist.
